Chronic Disorganization

Chronic Disorganization

Some chronically disorganized people experience attention deficit disorder, severe depression or obsessive compulsive disorder. The chronically disorganized are more likely to be surrounded with huge piles of clutter at home or work. Often they feel helpless and don’t get much support from their families and friends. According to the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) chronically disorganized people require specialized intervention.

The important thing to remember is: whatever form of disorganization you have, help is out there and in my book “Don’t Agonize, Downsize.” It’s up to you to seek and accept the available help.
